A beautiful, new and spacious apartment (approx. 120 sqm) in the middle of Hilzingen. The quiet roof apartment is wonderfully located in the middle of the Hegau volcanic landscape and is the ideal starting point for many recreational activities and excursions. It is particularly suitable for families, couples, as well as craftsmen, and business travelers. Shops for everyday needs are in the immediate vicinity, the apartment is well equipped and a parking space is available.

The apartment for 1-2 people is about 35 square meters and can be reached via a staircase. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer combination also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dish towels ready for you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
