This is a beautiful newer build with great attention to detail. This includes a private bedroom, bathroom and gourmet kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 60 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.

We also have several cats, some chickens, and our neighbors have a cow and dogs. All of them make noise, including coqui frogs at night.
