Definitely an amazing stay! We originally were planned to stay in Munich but after our hotel fell through unexpectedly, we landed here. And we are so grateful! The town was so charming and the location was perfect. We were walking distance to shops, cafes & bakeries, the lake, and beautiful walking trails. The place is also so clean and has a lovely patio with views of the town. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and has everything you need. Everything great, gladly again ☺️

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We got many and good tips for things to do in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

We had wonderful days in Schliersee. This was not only due to the good weather, but also to the very nice, bright penthouse apartment, where we immediately felt comfortable. Everything important is within walking distance: lake, grocery stores, Zanger bakery (highly recommended), train station. Even on rainy days, you feel safe here and thanks to the well-stocked bookshelves, you would not get bored. The communication was very straightforward and friendly.

Staying with Valerie & Paul was just beautiful! You can see how much passion the two put into the whole thing. Both responded super quickly to messages and communication was flawless. Check-in also worked smoothly. The small terrace was a dream and is a real highlight in good weather (unfortunately we had bad luck). We also liked the numerous tips for excursions, restaurants and cafes. We would stay again anytime.

Simones Place was super tidy and clean, everything was as described. Communication was super quick and easy. I would come back and totally recommend the place if you need something in the Bruckmühl area.

There's nothing missing. Due to the private entrance, the thing is great. If we needed help, the answer was super fast, friendly and all-encompassing. It was a wonderful stay with stunning views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help. You can just tell that they're dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

Check-in was super easy via a save. Upon arrival, we called Daniel, who explained everything in a friendly manner. The place was very clean, nice view and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

I would highly recommend this place! The location is perfect, you even have a little view of the lake. You can walk to both Gmund and Tegernsee and can start many hikes from there. Helmut gave us a lot of tips before, so we had a wonderful time at Lake Tegernsee. The place was very clean & sweetly decorated. Always happy to come back!

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very delicious. The apartment is within walking distance of shops serving everyday needs, and it is also not far to the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground garage is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you did not hear anything. The bedroom is in the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation at Lake Tegernsee, you are in the right hands with Nicci.

I had a wonderful stay at Simone’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, but also close to the lake, shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without needing a car. Simone was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly from the start, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during my stay—it made things so convenient. Highly recommend this apartment and I look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

The vacation home of Christine and Jozef is a real gem for peace seekers. House has all the comforts, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a very rural and quiet area, overlooking the Alps, and with possibilities for cycling, hiking, swimming in the summer. Waking up in the morning with the bells of the cows, who wouldn't want that?

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
