The apartment is located in a family home. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 minutes to downtown Erlangen. Shopping facilities within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, a separate kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices, etc.) are available. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available.

Within 10 minutes you can reach the A 3 and A 73 highways and can thus quickly reach Bamberg in 20 minutes, Erlangen in 25 minutes and Nuremberg in 45 minutes. Shopping can be reached in 5 minutes by car. A variety of beer gardens and breweries nearby.

Nevertheless, absolutely quiet location. The city center is in walking distance. From here, start your bike tour directly along the canal towards Bamberg or Erlangen / Nuremberg or Franconian Switzerland or enjoy relaxing hours on the 35 m² roof terrace.
