Ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bike tours with direct connection of bike and hiking trails at your doorstep. The train station is 300 meters away (hourly service). An electric charging station is about 200 meters away. Shopping is nearby. Bakery, butcher about 500 m.

Within 10 minutes you can reach the A3 and A73 highways and are thus quickly on your way in 20 minutes to Bamberg, 25 minutes to Erlangen and 45 minutes to Nuremberg. With attention to detail, we have completely renovated this house, which is over 100 years old. We reused as much of the old materials as possible or worked with natural materials, such as clay plaster, furniture made of wood in our own construction, the sink was hand-potted by me and mounted on an old sewing machine frame. So we tried to give this house its very own charm and character. Living space: approx. 120 square meters Property approx. 600 sqm
