3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Come relax with the whole family at our peaceful place on Lake Hartwell. We have plenty of parking for everyone and up to three trucks and trailers. Your family will not be disappointed with the special qualities of this beautiful home !! We offer plenty of sleeping, lounging, and of course lake time! The upstairs bedrooms have private balconys. Enjoy watching tv throughout the house, including the bedrooms and screened in porch. We have our own private boat ramp on our property, so no waiting

This cozy and fully 2023 gutted and high-end renovated 3/1 deep water cottage comes with a fenced yard for your fur babies. It's a gentle, short walk to your own NEW private covered dock with a side sunning area. This home has a king, queen and full / twin bunk bed. There is a Dollar General, Ingles, Walmart and some incredible restaurants...all within a 1 - 5 mile dr. We are also very conveniently located in VERY close proximity to the New Prospect Boat Ramp. This is a non-smoking home.
