Guests have access to a covered patio with dining area, rocking chairs and a propane grill w/ side burner. Guests are welcome to use our covered 20 x 27 foot dock and boat slip for guest boat or jet skis.

Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Your back porch will be just a 100 ft flat walk to swimming, boating (bring your own boat), fishing and all the fun the lake has to offer. The stay at Beth’s place was amazing! They had anything you could need already there. We enjoyed the dock, floating raft and tubes that they put in the lake for us were a great touch. Our kids swam despite the cold temperatures. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. We had most everything we needed and everything was clean and very roomy. We would (will) be glad to stay again in the future. We loved the peaceful setting.

Excellent stay! House was exactly as described and was even better than the pictures. Nice, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Thanks for letting us stay in your house!

Very comfortable, nicely decorated and felt like home. Beds were very comfortable. House was stocked well and we enjoyed our time there very much. Very quiet and peaceful.

A bright bathroom is featured with a freestanding soaker tub positioned beside a large window. The view includes trees and the lake beyond. A double sink vanity with modern fixtures and neatly arranged towels adds to the serene atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view of the lake was amazing and the inside of the home was beautiful too. We loved the snack and coffee bar. It was super clean and cozy! Will definitely come back!!!!
