The home is in close walking distance to the downtown area of Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewery, shopping, and many community events. Also, the lake has access points with public parks, picnic areas, swimming, and boating options all within a few miles. The house has a small office area that is perfect for working. The house has fast wi-fi as well. Parking for a max of 4 vehicles only. No pets allowed.
