Cottage on beach property with secluded location in deciduous forest landscape. Perfect for morning swims and sauna baths, boat and canoe trips. Good fishing with fishing rights and in the autumn mushrooms and berries. Barbecue, life jackets, canoe and boat available. The south location provides many hours of sun both morning and evening. With 15 minutes drive to Landvetter airport and to shopping center as well as 25 minutes to Gothenburg. Beautiful walking paths and a lake system of 1.5 miles containing two uninhabited islands.

Mölnlycke has many nice green areas and nice walking paths. Approx 10 minutes' walk to a cozy lake with a beach, jetty and jumping tower. Spacious villa in quiet area in Sävedalen outside Gothenburg. Perfect for the family. You share accommodation with our two cats Kompis and Messi. It is quick to get by bus and car into Gothenburg. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which has a large double bed. There are also two sofas and two extra beds if more sleeping places are needed. Outdoors there is a terrace with dining area and barbeque as well as large trampoline.
