Welcome to Villa Kvarndammen! This house is located at the end of a private road, with only one neighbor, you live in the countryside with walking distance to the grocery store. This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Or for a girls' or boys' group who are going to have a cozy weekend. Light the wood-fired sauna and take a dip in the small pond. Plenty of room & lots of space for socializing both inside & outside. 2 km from the house is Hjortviken, a new hotel with pool club opportunity and two restaurants. Perfect for a rainy morning

Boathouse

Welcome to the boathouse right on the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go to Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

In Öjersjö, there are 3 lakes suitable for swimming that you can reach either on foot, by bicycle or a short drive. The area is family-friendly and peaceful.

YOU WILL ARRIVE TO FRESHLY MADE BED BEDS WITH TOWELS. There is toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dishwashing detergent and dishwasher detergent. A stack of wood by the stove and inside the sauna and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowboat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy at Ifiske, search for fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can purchase cleaning for SEK 3000

You'll love my place because of the proximity to the forest, the cozy feeling in the house and a nice patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is about 250 meters to the bus stop, 2 km to Hindås with train station and shops, 9 km to the airport - you can also park the car here while you travel.
