Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

McDonald's, Ok/Q8 about 5 minutes by car. Landvetter airport 7 minutes by car. Travel bed (crib) for baby, high chair and changing table can be borrowed for free.

Welcome to Villa Kvarndammen! This house is located at the end of a private road, with only one neighbor, you live in the countryside with walking distance to the grocery store. This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Or for a girls' or boys' group who are going to have a cozy weekend. Light the wood-fired sauna and take a dip in the small pond. Plenty of room & lots of space for socializing both inside & outside. 2 km from the house is Hjortviken, a new hotel with pool club opportunity and two restaurants. Perfect for a rainy morning

Boathouse

Welcome to the boathouse right on the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go to Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

Summerhouse

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, put on your bathrobe, and walk down to the lake to take a swim. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike or a trip with our canoe. There are plenty of lakes to walk around or fish in. If it's too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. Just 20 km to Gothenburg, 4 km to Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, 1 km to Chalmers Golf Club and 4 meters to refreshing dips in Lake Hornasjön, you will find our small house (25m2), located on the same property as our accommodation, with a bedroom with a 140cm wide bed + a 140cm wide sofa bed in the room, a crib can also be arranged if needed. Upon request and for an additional fee, we can usually arrange transfers to the airport and also into the city Lighter breakfast and other requests as well.
