Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Our little cottage is located on Särnaheden between Idre and Särna. There is something for everyone in the surrounding area as it is a 25-minute drive to Idre Fjäll and Fjätervålen for skiing in winter and cycling in summer. Comfortable distances to Grövelsjön and Nipfjället for fishing, hiking and fantastic nature. Gördalen for snow and snowmobile experiences, Fulufjället for hiking, nature and fishing. The cottage is therefore in an excellent location if you want to explore nature. Cleaning is done by the guest.

You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. This is the perfect place for nature experience, outdoor life or rest. Perhaps a short drive to Idre during the day for adventure or to Sweden's highest waterfall with fantastic hiking trails in wonderful nature. End the day with an evening dip after the barbecue on the patio.

Scenic and idyllic location in a forest glade where you can hear the Ljusnan river rushing further away. 5-minute walk to one of Sweden's best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs, one of Sweden's best trout waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.
