Cabin vacation rentals in Härjedalen

There were eight of us staying at the house during week 9. Downhill skiing was tested in Klövsjö (barely five minutes by car), in Vemdalsskalet and in Storhogna. We thought Klövsjö was the best! Cross-country skiing was most appreciated at Åsarna (25 min by car). Ica is 15 minutes away as is a bakery/cafe that delivered very good bread. The house has everything you need and renting the house felt smooth overall. Recommended.

We used the house with 2 adults and our dogs. The cozy yet upscale amenities made it easy for us to feel comfortable right away. With moderate winter temperatures, it was not so often necessary to light the fireplace; prepared firewood would have been available. The underfloor heating has kept the house at a very pleasant temperature. We had our own ski equipment with us, but Svein had also offered us his equipment and that of his wife. Very nice contact with Svein.

We had an amazing 4-week stay in Lofsdalen! The house felt super cozy and had everything we needed for a long stay. The location right by the lake is sooo stunning – reindeer even walked right through the garden! Sarah and Olle were the perfect hosts – warm, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Thank you for having us!

Great stay! The cottage is super nice and is only a few minutes from the different mountains and slopes in the area! Johanna was also always helpful and quick to respond if we had questions! Would definitely book again if we go back!

The property matches the description and is in close walking distance to ICA store and restaurant. We stayed there three nights, four adults and six teenagers with no problem. The wood-fired sauna and hot tub was very nice. Easy check-in and check-out. What is needed is on site in the cabin, also such as candles etc.

A very nice stay, the day we arrived, we brought some questions to the host's attention, and that you have it resolved as soon as you did it suggests a very high level of service and that you are hospitable! It's really in case of complaints/errors that you notice how a great host acts! Highly recommend the place!

Everything you could wish for and then some. Well equipped kitchen, nice rooms and the hot tub was the crown of the work. Wonderful after a day on the ski slope.

What a nice stuga (I got another one, because it was remodeled) and what nice people. I can definitely also recommend a burger in the small cozy restaurant.

A completely spacious and clean house. Nice kitchen, large bathroom with lovely shower. The house is located above the national road, so the passing cars and trucks are audible. Furthermore, you are completely private. Jessica (co-host) was very attentive. Responded quickly and gave good tips.

This was a very peaceful area, I already miss the quiet! It's a cozy kind of rustic feeling, surrounded by forest, comfortable kitchen, an amazing balcony were you can hear and see a glimpse of a beautiful creek, and even the northern lights just outside the window :) the house is well heated and Nils and Lina were really friendly and responsive! I can just imagine how amazing it is in the spring/summer!

We had a lovely stay in the cabin. Best part in our opinion was the sauna with direct access to the balcony, the closeness to the slopes/lift and the private cabin feel (not like many other “cabins” that are more like apartments). First time skiing in Klövsjö for us, and although it’s not the largest systems it’s quite decent and not many people queuing to the lift which is definitely a plus. Highly recommend!

I worked remotely for a month and Stefan's home was perfect for this. Good desk (sitting and standing), good monitor, lots of space, nice bathroom, sauna and fast internet. 5 minutes away from the ski pistes. I really enjoyee my stay here! Stefan is responsive and a good host.

We were 7 people and enjoyed ourselves very much! Very fresh, tastefully decorated and nice view from the living room and terrace! 4 children slept in the loft and had a cozy time and could be a little ourselves. Extra nice to be able to burn in the fireplace. Sara was very nice and helpful and responded quickly! Very good that Sara could arrange for departure cleaning from local company! We would be glad to come back!

Very nice little cabin close to the slopes in Klövsjö. Big plus it is pet friendly so we could bring the dog.

We are a family with two small children who stayed in the cabin for a weekend. Perfect location for cross country skiing, and also downhill skiing. Well equipped cottage with everything you need. Fantastic cozy mountain cabin and very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back!

What a fantastic house! Exceeded our expectations, both adults and children enjoyed everything the house offered. Top modern and smart floor plan. Camilla and Joakim have been exemplary hosts and have really made sure that our stay would be good, from the time we booked until we left. Even heard from him before we arrived and checked if we needed help with parking by the hill. Would highly recommend this home! Thank you for a lovely stay! The host is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The pictures do not accurately capture the spaciousness and beauty of the cabin/apartment. We were very positively surprised and had a wonderful time at Susannes place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vemdalen.

Beautiful accommodation. We felt very comfortable right away. Great hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Reindeer or foxes regularly visited the house.

We had great days at Lars and Anette's cabin. The house is modern and comfortable and had a great view. Lars was very keen for us to enjoy ourselves and have a good time!

Cozy cottage with everything you need. Nicely located in a lovely mountain environment. Short drive to Fjätervålens ski slopes. Suitable both for the small as the big family with several sleeping places. We would be glad to come back!

Nice accommodation. clean and fresh. maybe not the coziest surroundings. smooth check-in and plus for electric car chargers. There were two of us staying in the cottage and it suited us perfectly. I can very well imagine renting the cottage again. //Anders
