Cross-country and mountain bike trails pass outside the house, and there is a storage room in the association. Walking distance to central Funäsdalen. Lovely large balcony in sunny southwest location with a view. Smart TV, fireplace, underfloor heating throughout the apartment, sauna and washing machine. Fiber is installed and there is a wireless network (100Mbit).

Newly built apartment with ski-in/ski-out location right next to the Kåvan Express lift and Kåvan Guest Center. The apartment is 70 sqm, 3 bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living room. In the living room, there is a fireplace. The adult bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, in the other bedrooms there are bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with toilet, shower, washing machine and sauna and the smaller one with toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with utensils, furniture, blankets and pillows. Preferably rented out weekly to a well-behaved family.

Nice ground floor apartment near golf course, ski slopes, hiking

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. The apartment is next door to the Gyllene Bocken inn. The inn is currently closed. However, there is the newly opened café & pub in Prästgården, just 500 meters away, which is recommended. In summer there are hiking and biking trails as well as golf course and fishing of various kinds right outside the door. Wintertime cross-country and scooter tracks as well. If you jump in the car you have 5 minutes to Funäsdalsberget and another five facilities within a 30 min drive.

We rent out our apartment with ski-in/ski-out location, for both cross-country and downhill skiing: - 6+2 beds distributed in 3 bedrooms. - living room with sofa bed (140 cm), fireplace and TV. - kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. - fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower, sauna, drying cabinet and washing machine. - own lockable ski storage and parking. In the middle of Dählibyn, with Ski In/Out, you will find this cozy, newly-built apartment. An incredibly well-planned apartment of 55 sqm that takes every square meter and uses it to the max, which makes it feel much larger. Small bedrooms and a focus on social spaces give a sense of space. The standard is very high with everything you could possibly need on your mountain vacation. There are three bedrooms with a total of 6-7 beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, sauna, fireplace and balcony with an incredible view.

Ski in/ski out, the tracks are around the corner and it's a walking distance to Funäsdalen village. If you want to try the ski resorts in Ramundberget/Tänndalen, it is about 20 minutes by car or ski bus. Three bedrooms, 8 beds, two bathrooms with shower, sauna, fireplace, patio on the ground floor in a sunny location and newly-built heated pool in the summer. Ski storage is available. Sleds and barbecue are available to borrow. Down duvets and down pillows for all beds. Bring your own bed linens and towels. No smoking or pets.
