Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hants County

Our stay was more beautiful than we could possibly have imagined. The stunning landscape right out the back never ceased taking our breath away, with some profound sunsets right over the bay. We loved sitting on the deck with our books and coffee, and especially loved walking down along the water, watching the tide go out and in. The restfulness of everything was absolutely healing and rejuvenating. Between the views, the beach, the critters (we saw the fox and some deer), the deck, and the easy communication with the host, staying here again would be a reason to revisit Nova Scotia, which is a 16 hour drive from our home! But it was totally worth it. I should also mention that there were too many amenities to take advantage of in the week we stayed there!

This house in Halifax is a true gem! It’s very spacious, dog-friendly, and has a lovely backyard where we spotted and heard so many beautiful birds, including a blue jay. The home is super comfortable and located close to tons of great restaurants, breweries, and attractions. One highlight: Sweet and Sassy, an amazing breakfast spot just a 5-minute walk away, absolutely fabulous!

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)

This house is absolutely magical! The interior is very tasteful with all the exquisite wood, wainscoting, stained glass, wonderfully huge windows, beauteous kitchen containing everything we needed for cooking during our stay, great deck for enjoying our dinner with Benjamin Bridge bubbly, and very comfortable bedroom in the loft. Marvellous reno! We would have loved to stay longer than the one night, but had to catch a flight. Next time will be longer! Les and Kathy Vancouver BC

We chose this location because it wasn’t far from Wolfville and Aylesford - I have family in both location. The accommodation was easy to get to and convenient. Eric and Jenny were responsive and helpful but we were out most of the time so I didn’t need much help. The place was clean and well kept and very well done. I stayed with my 4 boys and we were quite comfortable. The location had a great back lawn for my kids to run outside and play. Just a heads up if you’re travelling with kids in the summer months. There are no room darkening window coverings so you might want to bring your own. The place is beautiful with lots of light and windows so it’s pretty light in the place depending on when you’re going to bed. We would totally go back :)

Henry’s place was exactly as described. A secluded quant cottage on a small lake. Very quiet and serene.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mary's place. It had everything we needed, including a nice big kitchen with a lovely view; it felt like I was cooking in a treehouse :-) Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay here again.

It is a beautiful spot on earth and Jade was a pleasure to communicate with. We felt right at home, had a barbecue with the view of the ocean and slept like babies - heaven!

Hey this place was great,very beautiful place and the neighbours were great and very friendly and didn’t mind the kids being there at all actually talk to them and let them Pat their dog. I will be coming back when I stay in Halifax,if it’s available.

Our stay was amazing! Its a very spacious basement apartment with all amenities available to you. It's a short drive to downtown wolfville but the neighbourhood is very residential and quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Stephen was also always quick to respond and gave us quite a few nice tips for things to do and where to eat :)

Our family had a wonderful stay, the place is spacious, welcoming and very clean! Great location for our busy and hockey loving family, from the rink to the dock (walking distance), we played games and adverntured outside, we had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be booking again. Only great things to say about our weekend away, can't wait to get back and enjoy the property again!

Cameron's apartment was perfect for our stay and our needs as a family of two adults and two teenage children. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the photos, very clean throughout with ample storage space and a nice deck. Having a parking spot was very useful for us. Everything is set up to make guests feel at home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the city center. We enjoyed walking to downtown and taking in the charming surroundings and beautifully decorated homes. Overall, we highly recommend Cameron's place.

Absolutely gorgeous pristine property with a beautiful fire pit and seating area. Great little walking trail that surrounds the property and follows along a brook. The hosts had every light clearly labeled in the house for which was which this was great when your unfamiliar with the spot. The hosts had clear instructions posted on the door how to access the walking trail, how to start the BBQ, how to start the firepit. Although not beach weather during my stay the airbnb was equipped with beach chairs a cooler and beach toys and boogie boards for guest use and also was all Clearly labeled stating so. Bathroom had extra "if you forget" toiletries. Small coffee area fully stocked with small snacks and espresso machine with full stock of pods. Another great feature was the bedroom had a small rechargeable fan you could use as hand held or lay on your pillow if your a fan person I loved this. Definetly recommend this airbnb and the hosts 5*

Jay is a great host! Incredibly responsive and the place is beautiful. Great area of town to be in as a traveller who's never been to halifax!

Another GREAT stay at this 'sweet' suite. This space is top-notch. Suite is more like an apartment with all amenities, [e.g. dishwasher, full-size washer &dryer, stove/oven; microwave and full-size refrigerator. Residential neighbourhood is very quiet. Hosts go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.

Perfect host. Quiet neighborhood. Spotless. Great lighting. Host left us milk, cream, tea, and coffee as well as condiments, soda and candy. Clearly they love doing this and are setting the standard. We will be back.

Elissa was a great host and made me feel welcome immediately. The place is beautifully done and a nice peaceful ambiance to spend a night. Wrinkles also gives Elissa a five star rating. He was welcomed with bowls for food and water and offered a coZy bed to sleep in!

We loved Jeanne’s condo. It was very comfortable and in a great location. Could walk around the little town of Mahone Bay, or enjoy the view from the balcony.

Exactly as described. Very comfortable and close to everything. Quick walk to the water, lots of restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Angela’s place for a mini honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful, her place was very clean and spacious for two people. Her place is within walking distance to anywhere you needed to go and wanted to see, a lot of restaurants and within short/cheap uber rides to further places such as shopping centres etc.. Angela was extremely helpful with recommendations and quick to respond to any of our questions. She is super friendly she made us feel right at home. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend her place to anyone visiting the city.

Gabr was the kindest and most helpful host I have ever met. He showed me around the apartment, even drove me to a store and explained how I would walk places. He was warm and friendly when I locked myself out without my code. the area is lovely, quiet and safe for walking even late at night. the apartment is lovely and the bed very comfortable.

Very nice and clean condo! The location was perfect — close to all the places we wanted to visit. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend! :)

The Penthouse was the most comfortable place to relax and enjoy the view, have a coffee and visit. The beds were very comfortable after a day of travelling and walking about downtown Halifax. We found that it was very close to great restaurants and harbour sites. Highly recommend this modern penthouse.

Absolutely lovely stay. Secure ,spacious and beautiful views. Easy to walk to waterfront . Nice to have parking included , we did have a truck and required a little maneuvering to get in and out but all worked out. Highly recommend
