CENTRAL ground floor suite in our home, with private entry. Located on a treelined residential street, within a 30 minute walk/10 minute drive to most major destinations on the Halifax Peninsula, including universities, hospitals, commons, and downtown core. Bus routes only steps away. Laundromat, grocery store, and shopping mall are also within walking distance. Perfect setup for two, can stretch up to four with the sofa bed in the main living space. There is ample, free parking on our street.

This suite is attached to a private home with separate entrance and deck area. Located on lake where swimming, paddle boarding and relaxing on lake front dock are encouraged. One bedroom with king size bed and on-suite bath, kitchen area with island, desk and living area with fireplace. Pullout couch allows for second sleeping area (no blinds if using pullout).
