Con was excellent to communicate with. The building and grounds are gorgeous! Their care and maintenance is evident. Breakfast was good and we met some other great travelers. Wished we had more time to relax in the beautiful surroundings.

Frauke and Mike were very welcoming hosts. Amazing location with a very nice well equipped room together with the guest lounge which was lovely to relax in the evening, we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Frauke gave us lots of helpful recommendations.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Sandcastle B&B. Sorry it has been so long after our first stay. Clary and Cheryl are wonderful hosts. We hope to return again soon

Very pleasant hosts. Helped me cook a hand pie for dinner on arrival and planned a lovely breakfast. Queen ensuite was very comfortable. Home baked bars and refreshment offered after dinner. They are well travelled and we connected in easy conversation!

Both of our hosts were very friendly and willing to share their knowledge of local history and general information about the different regions of Nova Scotia. The room & bathroom were lovely, quite spacious and very comfortable. The whole house is beautifully appointed and maintained.

Would go back again in a hearbeat! Very clean, roomy, quiet, comfortable, relaxing! We wanted to just stay in and have a glass of wine, relax and enjoy the view. The hosts were friendly and communicative. It's a 10!

The view was beautiful, the sunsets wow! The food, the trails, the beach, the surrounding villages, the small market, it was breathtaking!

Barbara was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to meet my needs. She gave me early access to my room and arranged for the on-site restaurant on site to have a delicious charcuterie board available for me when I got back from an evening event after the restaurant would have closed. The food was freshly homemade, including the included breakfast- which Barbara kindly boxed up for me to take on the road as I was running late. The inn itself was dated but this only added to the homeyness. I felt like I was staying at my grandmother’s house - quirky but welcoming. I will definitely be staying at Edelweiss In. again, either for work or for a quick getaway.

The property is beautiful and the gardens surrounding it are gorgeous. The room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We were using Google maps and had some trouble with its directions. The street sign for Miller Rd. is hard to find so look for the B&B sign. Elmsdale was a convenient stop for us on our way to western Nova Scotia. Con is a great host.

I really can't say enough good things about this place. If you like B&B's then this is a must stop for you to stay. It's everything in the pictures and more. You are greeted at the house with candles lighting your way to the door and inside. The host Elizabeth is the most warm and friendly person you could ever hope to meet and best yet she's an amazing cook! Like fabulous! As soon as we got there she made me a tea and cookies. The room is immaculately kept. The bed is so comfortable not too hard and not to soft is was amazing and I never slept better. This is one place you don't want to miss out on.

Very cozy little room, very friendly host, great experience

Can't say enough goods things about Mahone Bay Bed and Breakfast. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The suite was spotless and tastefully done. The breakfast was outstanding. The hosts were helpful. And the sweet treats were yummy. Glad we got to stay 2 nights.

Impecable place. Beautifully Victorian style. Great location. It was perfect for our 2 night stay.

Sadly didn’t get to stay longer as I just needed a place to crash before an early flight but the bed is very comfortable, the shower is gorgeous, and the host left snacks out which was a nice touch! The place over all is stunning, clean, well decorated and modern. I’d love to come back and spend more than just a night here but I’m glad I chose this place! I highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic Hostess. Amazing and very filling breakfast. Great cook. Very friendly! Very helpful with all of our questions. Would recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Parrsboro area. Centrally located as well so great for walking to shops and restaurants.

The house is beautiful, perfectly decorated and very modern. The view from the roof top is amazing and the outside ambiance would be a real pleasure in good weather. We were out of luck as it was freezing but we will come again next time in Halifax. The room was comfortable and cozy. The open toilet concept is a get to use too. The shared kitchen and living room are very spacious with beautiful plants and trees making it very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. The expresso coffee machine and all sorts of tea and tisane at our disposal was really appreciated. The onsite hosts Dima and Dima were very helpful and friendly.
