Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Chiang Mai!

We absolutely loved our stay at this homestay in Chiang Mai! The room was **spotlessly clean**, well-designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The real highlight was the **huge swimming pool**—it was so refreshing after a day of exploring the city, and we often had it all to ourselves! The host was **friendly and helpful**, providing great local tips. The location was quiet yet convenient, with easy access to cafes and attractions. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with **modern amenities and an amazing pool**, this is the place to book. We’d definitely stay here again!

Super logement, Très bien situé, piscine en roof top incroyable, Lucia Chu est réactive pour répondre à vos questions. Par contre logement idéal pour 4 voyageurs et non 5. Absence d’un cinquième couchage et une seule clé pour tous. Mais je recommande tout de même

Our family of 5, had a great stay at this wonderful property. The host and caretakers were very kind, supportive, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The property is surrounded by streams and a waterfall. We hiked every day, had camp fires at night, and loved the background sound of the waterfall throughout the day and night. We did have the caretakers provide some of our meals, and the food was very good. They even gifted our children with Thai carry bags, which our children now cherish. This is a beautiful property, which is operated and maintained by an excellent staff. We will be back!

Desde el primer día nos sentimos inmersos en un auténtico barrio local.Aunque a escasos 15 minutos a pie de los resorts de lujo, convivimos con la comunidad. Una estancia genial y recomendada a los que se quieran separar del circuito turístico.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

everything was perfect, the family room was exactly like in the pictures. Self check in went smooth and with clear instructions. Mon has been always available on WA and helped us organizing a beautiful day trip to the Doi Inthanon park with our amazing driver, Sky. הבית של ג'ו היה נקי ומזמין. הוראות לגבי כל דבר בבית נכתבו בצורה ברורה ונגישה בתוך הבית. הבית היה מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, כולל בקבוקי מים, שקיות זבל חדשות, נייר טואלט לכל תקופת השהות ואפילו משחקים לילדים. היתה לנו שהות מאוד נעימה התקשורת מאוד טובה עם ג'ו. ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש שקט ואווירה ביתית.

This place was incredible; the apartment was clean and nice and the rooftop pool was stunning. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and so so helpful. Definitely recommend!

L’appartement est génial pour 2, literie d’un confort incroyable. Très propre et 100% fidèle à la description. Équipements au top ! Emplacement super au calme un peu excentré mais super en face du grand centre commercial. Très facile pour les Grab/Bolt de venir nous chercher/ déposer pour pas cher. Bonne communication avec Kate, très réactive. Mais peut être prendre en compte que certains n’ont pas récupéré une carte SIM ou ne sont pas connectés au réseau donc pas toujours possible de répondre ou de voir les messages en temps et en heure. Je recommande à 100% !!! Encore merci !

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location just outside of the heart of Chiang Mai. I loved the fact that the location was not located in the old city which gave me a chance to explore more of Chiang Mai. Clean, confortable with access to gym, infinity pool, numerous shops on site such as a coffee shop, massages and there is a 7-eleven located perfectly across the road. Would recommend 100%
