Exceeds all expectations! It’s a perfect option for a large group: the house is cozy, well-equipped, and situated in a quiet area just minutes from the center. The atmosphere feels like a tropical bungalow by the ocean — a real peaceful oasis. Very comfortable furniture and many small details that were made with care - for example, they left a treat for our pet. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly, highly recommended!

The host sent the check-in guide a day in advance, the check-in was smooth, the response was timely, and the communication was smooth. The villa is very clean, the view is very good, the view of the second-floor balcony is also very good, it is not too comfortable to sit on the balcony and blow the breeze every evening to see the sunset! I came with the whole family this time, and the family loved it.It's also easy to hail a taxi, ordering takeaway, and will come back next summer!

There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Chang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only soft lighting, it's really emotional. You know that you can use it 24 hours a day, not that you're keeping it clean? It was very comfortable thanks to the large table and chairs in the accommodation There was a big refrigerator, so it was very comfortable. However, it is not a linoleum, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the window is a wooden window, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. A home keyper is a must. I personally highly recommend it. Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.
