My house is located in a small town with convenient amenities. It is not a homestay, and it is definitely not a rental house. It is purely a private residence. There are only a few open days to host friends who like to take a break from work and relax, who require private and high-quality rest, who are on a business trip to Chiang Mai and like high-end residences, who like a home-style honeymoon, and who are on a retirement travel inspection. The small courtyard covers an area of more than 1,000 square meters. The modern-style villa with a private pool is located by a flowing stream and has separate indoor and outdoor kitchens, a BBQ area, and a private cafe. There is a dressing room, a shared bathroom in the courtyard, a hammock, and a lounger, similar to a private resort setting. Comfortable bedrooms, brand-name mattresses, pillows, etc., and the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet. There is a private refrigerator and microwave in the room. The house has a luggage storage room, a tea room in the courtyard, and is fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer, hangers, indoor and outdoor kitchens, high-quality kitchenware, and the rooms meet premium hygiene standards.
