I love the location of the house, close to the airport, you must have a car, and it is really inconvenient to get around without a car.

Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

Wonderful, clean, well-appointed condo with lovely mountain view. Great location just outside the hustle of the city, but easy access to major roads make it feel close to the action. Host was helpful and attentive. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you! 🙏

Spacious two-level apartment in a green area. Awesome view out of the windows. Free drinking water, easy going communicative host ready to help with good advice regarding surroundings. 7-11 close by, 7 minutes on foot. The nearest mall with a lively supermarket is 25-30 minutes on foot.

A very cozy place and quiet place. Has basically everything you need, including wash machine. Pat was above and beyond in hospitality, communication was always clear and timely.

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

This was my second stay at Kannikas condo and I was super happy again. The hosts are very welcoming and proactive and the apartment is modern and light. It’s located in a side street which makes it quiet and private. The bed is super comfy and not hard at all, which was a nice break from some other places I stayed. Thank you again. I will be back for sure. 😊

Orm's place is just lovely! The apartment is beautiful, full of details that make you feel at home. The location is ideal and has everything you need to enjoy yourself to the fullest. But what really makes the experience special is Orm: an amazing person, always attentive and available for anything you might need. His warmth and willingness make everything even better. If you are looking for a perfect place that combines comfort, beauty and humanity, don't hesitate to stay here! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 months and absolutely loved the peace and quiet. It’s close to the mountains and mae rim for day trips. We also had two mopeds which made our lives easier to get around because there’s not much in terms of walking distance. There is a nearby town with loads to offer in terms of food / market. We were also super close to nimman / maya mall and the Chiang mai university market. This is definitely worth the price we paid. The swimming pool, sauna and onsen were well kept. The receptionist was lovely and helped us with deliveries and any questions we had. The host was attentive, and even allowed us to extend our stay for a bit longer! I would 100% recommend this if you’re a couple/ single, have access to a moped or car and are looking for somewhere quiet.

I spent a very relaxing couple of days at this apartment, which has all you need at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend staying here!

I had amazing experience during my stay. The apartment is exactly as described, very cozy and has everything for a long stay. It is clean, airy and bright. There’s swimming pool and a small gym, that is super convenient. The location of the building is perfect, on a quiet side street, away from the street noise (there’s airplane noise of course, but it’s a price you pay staying at this exactly location, I love it here despite). Cheers to the coolest host, they were very responsive and flexible with my stay, I enjoyed the communication. They let me keep my things inside the unit in between my 2 bookings, that was super awesome. I will definitely come back when I am in Chiang Mai again!

Luxury Spring Festival by the Ping River - Unforgettable Tour of Chiangmai Villa In the Spring Festival of 2025, I traveled to Chiang Mai with 18 of my family and spent a 10 day dream vacation at Tina's villa.This villa, hidden by the Ping River, is like a world away from the world, quiet and beautiful, and we just stepped in and reveled in it. This is a residence on the Ping River, containing a four-room single-family villa and three separate pool rooms with a gym, yoga table and theater room, with separate tea house and family showroom, huge dining and living room, spacious and bright, easily seating 16 - 18 people.Everyone sits together, tastings, and travel insights.In the yard, the pool is sparkling, and the trail next to the table is unique. In the afternoon, sit at the table, breeze, watch the light and shadow in the pool, and feel the oil. The seven rooms of the villa are in a variety of styles, but they are filled with a rich East Asian cultural flavor.In the room, the Chinese calligraphy pen is overwhelming, the Japanese print strokes are delicate, the Thai carved Buddha statue is full of charm, the owner carefully searched all kinds of treasures, each adding a unique artistic charm to the room.The wooden main structure of the villa has been baptized over the years, but it is still well maintained, with many noble and elegant, exquisite, and every piece is a rare art treasure.It is no exaggeration to say that it is more of a family museum or an art gallery, and the reputation of "luxury villas" is true. The villa's service team deserves the luxury of the villa.The Jane team consists of a thoughtful butler, a masterful chef, two hard-working service staff, and two skilled gardeners.They are immense and take full responsibility for our three meals and living.The chef's carefully cooked Thai food, the flavor is absolutely comparable to the dishes of the local Michelin restaurant, and our group, especially the elders, praise these delicacies.The two service staff were very responsible, and regardless of our needs, they were very responsive, and even helped one member of the team wash the stained shoes after running, which was really touching.Jane, the housekeeper, is the bridge between us and the service team, who not only gave us local tips, shopping guides, but also patience to guide us on how to cope with life's trivia, such as medical medication.Particularly thoughtful, she also prepared local specialty ingredients for us, sharing Chiang Mai's flavor with us, adding a lot of fun to our trip. Chiang Mai, a small town full of surprises.It is hidden and sophisticated, with unique little shops, those subtle hobbies and hobbies that require us to slow down and discover them.The rice field coffee that you accidentally encounter during your trip, you just need to spend a long half a day, you can revel in it; several mini fairs, full of human fireworks, the lively atmosphere does not lose the commercialization of those intentionally created; sit inside the Blue coffee shop of the Chiang Mai Agricultural College, looking out the corn field and the Persian Juyuan, time seems to be slow.Chiang Mai, a big city with a panoramic mountain near, far from Mt., Chapa viewing deck and monks can see the whole view of Chiang Mai.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Supansa is a great host and replies to messages very quickly. We had an issue with the hot water not being enough to fill the bathtub and she promptly had the water tank replaced. The location may not work for some but it was perfect for us while we looked for a long term rental in Hang Dong close to the international schools. Thank you!
