Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hang Dong District

Amazing place to stay! It’s the top Airbnb we have ever stayed at!! The location is so convenient and close to the main Nimman shopping and dinning area!! However it’s in an inner alley so it also feels private and quiet. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming! They waited for us to check in and provided us so much useful recommendations to travel around Chiang Mai. The response was like instant 😂. The host even prepared us breakfasts in the fridge and fresh fruits everyday. There’s also a maid who cleaned the rooms and did free laundry for us everyday! Three bedrooms with three bathrooms are very nice for our family to stay. We spend wonderful holidays here. Highly recommended to everyone!! ❤️❤️

Great place and location

Ploys place is easy to find and very convenient to stay. Big house, many rooms, wide space and great view. it's a perfect place to relax with friends or family. The house is nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

Super convenient location. Right opposite to one ninman, walking distance to Maya and easy access to the old city. A beautiful and hidden yard in the busy area. Clean and comfy room with almost all the amenities including laundry machine, slippers, fridge... responsive hosts and great homemade breakfast🥰 Had a really unforgettable stay in Chiang Mai.

Pichet and his wife are very nice . Braand new house and very clean , good wifi and tree around.we highly recommend staying at Pichet's house .

I booked through Airbnb and stayed for a month. All the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their face. The check-in time was past 1: 00, but the security guard had the key, so I was able to check in comfortably~ They clean once a week and change the towels twice. Large towels It's an old building, but the staff did a good job of maintaining it and keeping it clean. The location of the building was very good. There was no noise in the next room at all, but the dinosaur upstairs was very stressful because it was pounding and doing morning exercises for about an hour at 4 am, but later I thought it was an alarm. The water was especially clean. However, a friend who came in with me said that the filter became dirty in two days. I was supposed to change it in two weeks, and I just used it after changing one filter for a month. If you're not sensitive, I think you can use the shower attached to the shower. One thing that was unfortunate was that the plane on the day of departure was a 00:40 flight, so I didn't want to check out in advance and move with my luggage, so I made a contract until the next day, and I wanted the host to calculate the checkout fee (water and electricity fee) 2 days in advance, but it was that I had to come on the day of departure to calculate it. I was busy, so I said I would calculate the remaining cost a day or two in advance, but he said I shouldn't and canceled the appointment, so I came at 3 pm to pay and stayed in the accommodation until after 9 pm. I wish it was a little more flexible~

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The location is 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, there are many food nearby, there is a 711 convenience store.The only downside is that the pillows are not clean

I had a great experience in Chiang Mai and this apartment. It was very clean and perfectly situated, just a short 7-minute stroll away from One Nimman, Maya Mall, and a vast array of incredible dining options. Despite Nimman's lively tourist scene, the apartment provided a tranquil haven. Merry's outstanding support and responsiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to coming back again soon!

The location is good, quiet but walking distance to restaurants and cafes and train station. I like walking around the alleys/small roads around the apt. the apartment itself is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. will stay there again should I go to chiang mai next time.

This place is super awesome and worth every penny 😎 The neighborhood is very safe. The host took very good care of us. There is some good restaurants near by. There is a 7-11 also pretty close. Getting to the city center via Grab is also very quick.

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.

This B&B is really great!The owners are welcoming and friendly, the location is very superior, convenient and quiet in the heart of Nimman.The house is in excellent condition, the environment is beautiful, and there is an exclusive garden for lounging.Can't describe it in a better term, it's definitely a must stay when visiting Chiang Mai!
