Beautiful Appartment 10 minutes walk from beach

Large appartment for vacations , with aroom ( two beds ) and a living room with two canapé and TV , For Summer you have the barbecue on top of the roof where you can chill with a beautiful view of the beach. The bathroom is new, the kitchenette is all occupied. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car. The bus station is 5 minutes away and there's a big supermarket 5 min walk. The studio spot is between Hammamet Center and Nabeul wish is a perfect spot to visit both of the cities.

You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home! There are over 10 restaurants to choose from and plenty of cafes. It is a 10 minute walk from downtown Nabeul and 15 minutes from the closest beach. The closest grocery store is down the street.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the location close to downtown and the sea. I was very well received, and despite a delay on my flight, Vincenzo and his wife Rihab waited for me. The place is very quiet, I was able to rest peacefully. Breakfast was very kindly served to me. Rihab recommended several nearby restaurant addresses to me and it was a feast 🤩 Don't hesitate, you will be very well received because they speak several languages and are of absolute kindness. Had a great time! A huge thank you to my host and his daughter for their really warm welcome. They were lovely from start to finish, always smiling, available and responsive to the slightest message. We immediately feel comfortable at home. The accommodation perfectly matched the listing: clean, well-equipped, quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Everything came together for a serene and comfortable time. Thanks again for everything, it was a real pleasure. I'll keep the address carefully for next time!

I gave it a 5-star rating because unfortunately there is no higher rating to express our satisfaction. Our stay at Philippe's was more than perfect. Philippe was the best host we could meet, whose kindness and generosity are unmatched. Ideal location in the heart of the medina. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with great authenticity and taste. And especially two beautiful terraces overlooking the bay of Hammamet. An extremely hearty Tunisian breakfast offered every morning! I can only highly recommend choosing Philippe as a Host, who will become my annual meeting in Hammamet. A harbor of peace within the medina. Sabri has succeeded in his bet, combining tradition and modernity in a guest house like the Riads of Marrakech. Hospitality is waiting for you and starts with a welcome with pastries and lemonades. Everything is homemade by Sonia, the head of the kitchen. Breakfast is hearty. I advise you to book a dinner with her. Amazing to be able to rest in peace and relax in the pool 2 steps from the heart of the city. The staff is really very attentive. Thank you Hajer, Sonia, Sabri and the person who picked us up to tell us the house.
