Beachfront vacation rentals in Hammamet

What can I say….I almost don’t want to write my review and keep this ‘gem’ of a place well hidden from everyone, all for myself but that would be doing Jihed a terrible disservice. Jihed was the perfect host, as was the property the perfect property for my needs. I booked ‘very’ last minute and Jihed was ever so accommodating and we had great continuous communication, right up until my arrival, where he met me, showing me the apartment. The property itself is exactly as described, however, I don’t believe the photos show it to its full potential. Be assured its layout, tasteful interior and external roof top terrace is sublime. I enjoyed my sunset and sunrise yoga, relaxing whilst taking in the local atmosphere of Hammamet. Its location is great, a short walking distance from shops, cafes, eateries and also the main Medina of Hammamet. I had a car, easy to find and parking was great. I was a solo traveller and felt completely at ease during my stay. Can’t wait to return! Thanks J ?

A lovely stay! Very peaceful, clean apartment with all your needed amenities. The building felt very safe even though it’s on the edge of town. Easy check in and Ghassen was so helpful and responsive to all my questions (having never travelled in Tunisia before!). He went out of his way to help. A great visit to Hammamet!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leila's beautiful beachfront house—a true piece of heaven perfect for a family retreat. The house, with its expansive garden and direct beach access, provided the ideal setting for us to unwind and spend quality time together. From the booking process to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The house is perfectly suited for families, including toddlers and elderly members, ensuring everyone is comfortable. We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Leila’s place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family

We (couple with 4-year-old child) stayed with Alia for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment is pretty, stylishly furnished and quietly located by the sea. Naila (aka mother) lives in the same house, has often helped us and given great tips on everything. Highly recommended.

Inies Beach Villa (Aqua Villa) is just a little paradise ❤️nestled in a bay without a building or hotel . Authentic family house of charm and with all the comforts . Thanks to Lazare and Sabeh who are adorable and efficient . As for Inies, she is a warm person and responsive to all requests , attentive to the well-being of his guests . 9 days of happiness for the whole family: young and old 😜

We had an excellent 12 days in Mehrez's apartment. Mehrez is a really warm person, attentive and very responsive when we needed him. I would recommend it without hesitation. For my part, I will be happy to go back soon. Thanks again for everything, Mehrez.

Nice and cozy place with an outdoor balcony giving an amazing rooftop view with a Jacuzzi option, perfect stay for a couple! the host was really friendly, very welcoming and patient in matter of time. Definitely will recommend! Thank you !

Had our family there for a few days and it was a great time. Plenty of cooking supplies for a large family. Pool was clean and the privacy of the back house was the best part!

Wow had a 12 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described and the host very responsive and helpful. Bed were so comfy the tvs worked. I loved the 2 bathrooms with a great working hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough thank you for having us 😁

After encountering a very bad experience elsewhere, Seif was extremely helpful and came in clutch when me and my family needed a place urgently. He was a wonderful host that explained everything clearly and the property was wonderful. We appreciated Seif meeting us in person to check us in and show us around, with everything we needed in place and ready to use. Seif was always on hand during our stay to help and even contacted the internet provider when we had our internet speed drop and solved the issue. The residence has its own private beach and private pool which was very nice to have. Me and my family were very happy and will absolutely recommend anyone to stay here with peace of mind. Thank you again to Seif, a truly top host and a top property.

Zinedine's apartment is located right on the beach. You just have to take the elevator down and you get to the private beach in a few meters. Downstairs in the house is a cafe whose staff are very friendly and helpful. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants and also a supermarket. Thus a perfect location. The apartment is very nicely laid out. One room has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom of the other room is directly across the street. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can chill in the living room. The dining area is also very large. Zied, the man responsible for check-in and check-out, is great! He was very flexible, although we often changed the appointment. He always remained friendly and helpful. Very great communication!

We stayed for an almost full week at Walid's house We were two families: 4 adults and 4 children. We loved our stay. This is a real holiday home. We found it spacious and rather well appointed and equipped for a holiday home. Perfect for families / kids The house is in a well secured residence, which we particularly appreciated. The connection between the house and the garden was very nice, the garden had shade in the afternoon, so the children were really able to play. And we also had fun enjoying the terrace in the evening. And finally, the "best" was the direct access to the beautiful beach of the residence. It is cleaned every morning, and is frequented mainly by the residents of the residence.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful seaside home in Maamoura. The location is just perfect, with the beach a stone's throw away, which allowed us to fully enjoy the sun and sea. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped, everything we needed for a comfortable stay was on hand. A big thank you to Mourad, our exceptional host, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly kind, responsive and always available to answer our questions or give us local advice. His warm welcome immediately made us feel comfortable. Great place to stay! We had a great time with friends. From the terrace, you can see the sea. The sunset is amazing. It's tastefully furnished, you can find all the utensils for cooking it's ideal!! We felt right at home. I add that each room has its own bathroom and that's perfect when you all get back from the beach at the same time. Thanks to Leila who welcomed us!
