Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. In your apartment (2nd floor, not barrier-free!) you can enjoy a perfect view of a large garden with pond. The apartment has a large balcony, a large living room, a small bedroom as well as a larger dining area with kitchen, where the sleeping berth is. Located in a quiet village, it is only 30 minutes (by car) to Hamburg city center or Lübeck. Right nearby are recreational areas and beautiful forests. In the village there is a large horse farm and there are two good restaurants.

The detached guest house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac - ideal for couples with pet(s) or smaller families with child(ren) and dog(s). With a modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room – so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.
