MKKI Rantamökki wood sauna and boat

Bara bada bastu and mind rest! Traditional Finnish cottage from the 50s in Vihdi Huhmarjärvi, 38km from Helsinki. The cottage is on the water line and the balcony is on the water. Lovely, freshly renovated wood sauna with gentle steam. Neighbors not right next door. The cottage is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility, as there are big height differences and stairs. There is no mains supply or sewer in the cottage. There may be algae in the lake at some point in the summer, but you can get clean water from the borehole in the house

It is about 25 min from the airport, and 30 min from Helsinki center by car. Supermarkets are just 5 min away by car. Able to fit up to 4 persons (double bed on the loft + separate bedroom). Woods to sauna are included, hot tube for additional request and charge.

Everything perfect! Very cosy and close to the station. Big plus: We could bring out luggage much ealier before check in and leave it until the evening after check out.

I stayed alone, but the room was spacious enough, and it was fully equipped with a sofa, table, large screen TV, etc., and I had a pleasant time.The kitchen, toilet, and shower were accessed by going outside and using a different entrance, but there were no particular problems. Hosts Veli-Matti and Bianca were very kind and answered our questions immediately.He was always concerned about my health.

I had such a good sleep. Liked the aprtment very much. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Karaoke on weekend didnt bother me :) Nice food downstairs, friendly host.
