Thanks to the cooling air conditioning, the apartment can be kept pleasantly cool even in the summer heat. There is a great restaurant in the same building and many good places to eat nearby. Theaters, movies, concert halls, swimming pool, bowling alley, Metso library next door, Särkänniemi and Nokia Arena within walking distance. A 15-minute walk to the train and bus stations or a few minutes by tram.

This delightfully atmospheric, over a hundred-year-old small cottage invites you to stop in a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in the presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summer time, the cottage's attic also has sleeping arrangements for three. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Outdoor terrain right in the backyard and a short distance to the ski slope in winter. In the wooden sauna, you can enjoy the warm steam and the fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. The sauna cabin is also pet-friendly and there is a large fenced area in the yard, so your pet can be safely outside.

Makuuhuoneessa parisänky, olohuoneessa vuodesohva ja vuodetuoli. Lyhyt kävelymatka ydinkeskustaan. Upeat ulkoilupolut lähellä, samoin hyvät bussiyhteydet mm. rautatieasemalle. Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.
