Idyllic log cabin at the end of the road by the lake. The cottage is well equipped and suitable for year-round use. Kitchen and living room, a warming fireplace, sleeping alcove and two separate beds on the upper floor. Possibility to rent an outdoor guest room for two people in addition. (4+2) The cottage has electricity and running water from the well. Wood-fired sauna and shower. In the yard area, there is a private hot tub (use for an additional fee) and a barbecue hut, as well as a clean outdoor toilet. An old rowboat is available.

The log house has fresh air, you get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. The cottage is located on a beautiful, rocky lakeside plot, in the courtyard of the main building, which is in use all year round. Access to the beach is via stairs or, alternatively, a more gentle path. The cottage rental includes linen, towels and tablecloths. The nearest shop and pharmacy can be found in Kylmäkoski, just 4.5 km away.

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.
