An atmospheric yard cottage where the mind and body rest. The building has been completely renovated in 2017-2019. The covered terrace has a cozy lounge area and a hot tub, the use of which is included in the price of the accommodation. The cottage has a traditional Finnish atmosphere, to which a touch of oriental breeze has also been added. After the gentle steam of the wood sauna, it is nice to go to the terrace to cool off and enjoy the sheltered and peaceful courtyard milieu. The cottage has heating and air conditioning, which increases comfort in the summer heat.

Enjoy jacuzzi for extra charge 60€ per day. Cook in kitchenette and wash laundry. 150m to buss stop directly to Helsinki city center 35-50min. depending on the traffic. To airport 10 km. Cottage is meant for 2 people (no parties, no extra guests). Day guests can be agreed separately for 25€/person. Our own house is in the same garden.

Mökki sijaitsee omakotitalon pihassa. Pinta-ala 20m2 ja nukkumaparvi 6m2. Mökissä on soma keittiö, suihku ja wc. Nurmijärven kirkonkylän palvelut löytyvät 5 km päästä. It has 1 bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen, living & dining room, bathroom with shower and a veranda. Tucked between a forest and a lake, the cottage is very peaceful. Helsinki and Porvoo easily reached with own car, no buses nearby. Separate sauna building available with prior notice.

Teijo Nationalpark is open for everyone who likes to hiking or just walking around lakes - there is three lakes in neighbourhod. The distance to the nationalparks rutes is about 2 km. There is also a iron works village near by if you want to go around and enjoy own beer and bread from the local brewery and bakery.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Matti's Cottage is located in a rural landscape on the edge of a field. There is a forest nearby, where you can wander on small paths. The nearest shop and catering business can be found in Lempola's business center 3 km away.
