Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Beautiful pool house close to beach and shopping. The pool is always heated to 30 degrees, which makes it possible to spend many hours in the water without freezing. Outside, you can enjoy the wilderness bath with a glass of wine while watching the children play in the pool or in the garden. It is also possible to relax in the sauna, which is in the pool room. Outside, there is space to play soccer and play. Close by is Hals campsite, where there is a fishing lake and playgrounds. There is also a large jungle gym and swings for the little ones.

The house is originally from 1895, totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The home is on 2 floors and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. The ground floor consists of a kitchen/living room, where there is the possibility of extra bedding. I hope you have a great time in Aalborg.

The house is only 2 km from Bramslev Bakker, where you can swim, fish, water ski or kayak on the fjord's beach. From the house, it is 200 meters to shopping, 8 minutes by car to the E45

Welcome inside a bright and charming apartment with a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed. The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2023 and is therefore in the best condition. A central but quiet location, close to pedestrian streets, cafes and restaurants and where you can easily take a walk along Aalborg's beautiful waterfront. The apartment is less than a kilometer from Aalborg station, and good bus connections take you to the airport within 15 minutes. Look forward to feeling at home in our home.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
