Spacious and cosy cottage in Luddenden village
Carr Cottage is a characterful 19th century mill workers' dwelling situated in the heart of the Pennines in the beautiful Luddenden Valley with a multitude of walks and footpaths. Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

The Bolt Hole is a spacious, cosy home from home in the picturesque village of Luddenden, situated between Halifax and Hebden Bridge. This is an ideal stop for a short break or for a longer holiday. This property has secure off road parking for 2 cars - an advantage as parking in the village is very limited. We have an EV charger. The Countryside is favoured by walkers (like us) and cyclists. We can recommend easy and more difficult walks from the property as well as those further afield.

Fantastic room in lovely heritage building. Very central and close to all amenities. The piecehall, Dean clough, Trinity Road (lloyds) and Eureka children's museum are all a short walk away. Visit our wonderful Victorian market, and town hall With Shibden Hall, (Gentlemen Jack) a short drive away. The room is a large hotel style room. Superb pocket sprung mattress for a restful sleep. Lovely en suite with shower. Desk to work at. Tea and coffee making facilities. Hair dryer, and iron too
