Loved our second stay here! A really cute and cosy little stay in a brilliant location. You’ve got everything you need in the property, as well as everything you need in town. Lovely walks nearby, especially along the river and up into the woods. Host was lovely and had great communication. Will be back.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs, and always polite and professional in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly and helpfully, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our experience. Allison and Team are just wonderful. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Stables View exceeded my expectations. Spotlessly clean and spacious (more spacious than I expected from the photos), with beautiful views and private parking. After a long day at work and a couple of hours driving it was great to sit and relax on the balcony listening to the birds. Everything had been carefully thought out making it easy to turn up, settle in and relax. One of the best properties I have stayed in and I will definitely return if I am working in the area again. This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was great, nestled right in the middle of Harrogate city centre meaning we just parked up when we arrived & didn’t have to move the car again until we left. Great restaurants & bars all in walking distance, golf & spa very close by too. Despite being in the heart of town there was no outside noise. The flat was perfect for us & if ever back in the area would book again in a heartbeat.

Great stay in the heart of Manchester, a lovely host who was both responsive and very easy to communicate with. The beds were incredibly comfortable. They were very accommodating allowing us to drop our bags in pre checkout. Amazing views.

Stay with group of friends, lovely place, perfect location less than a mile walk into centre of beautiful Harrogate. Good parking on drive and road. Very large open plan living area and very comfortable cosy beds. Communication was excellent very responsive.

Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good for shops, takeaways and not far from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed a few times at Holly’s and it’s always in pristine order and it’s ideal for the surrounding villages and all walkable. I can’t recommend enough 👍

Phil and Anne were wonderful, even before we arrived we needed to switch our dates and they were happy to accommodate the change without fuss. On arrival we were shown where to park and around the accomodation, which was just as described, clean,tidy, super comfortable and had all the described amenities and lots of little touches that made our stay perfect. Thank you both for a wonderful base for our trip.

Lionel and his partner are incredible hosts with a great flat that is seconds away from some of the best locations in Manchester. The building's amenities are fantastic and there are great views from both the flat balcony and the pool. Greatly enjoyed my stay and happy to meet them.

Loved our stay, very accommodating, very quiet and cosy. Easy to find and a lovely pub nearby for food. Sadly couldn’t use the pool due to having the dog with us but looked great! Very reasonably priced and nice little farm shop on site. A lovely stay! Also brilliant communication. Thanks

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.
