Time out in the Bündnerland

The first-floor apartment, newly renovated in 2022, is located in a quiet neighborhood in the capital of Grisons, surrounded by lots of nature and mountains. Comfortable and flexible entry via electronic code lock (discreet entrance via outdoor patio seating). Free visitor parking is available directly opposite the apartment entrance. Good connection to public transport (city bus stop nearby) and only 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

The cottage is a 7-minute walk from the village at 980 meters above sea level in the countryside. It has two apartment. The lower apartment is rented. Vättis has a grocery store, an excellent hotel, a gas station and many very nice people. It is a hiking and biking paradise and offers plenty of peace.
