Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Hakone

Haruo’s place is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to highways and attractions nearby Yamanashi! The traditional Japanese house with beautiful backyard (with views of the mt Fuji when weather allows) is all you need for a great getaway! Haruo is very friendly and greeted us on arrival and gave us nearby recommendations for places to see and eat! We would definitely be back whenever we visit yamanashi again!

This stay is absolutely perfect. A perfect, beautiful home that’s a literal skip away from the Mt Fuji Welcome Area. The home was perfect and as described and our host was amazing at what he does. He came and picked us up from Fujikawa station and then drove us back when it was time to leave. Please let him come get you if he offers, you’ll need it! He then provided us a tour of the home, perfectly explained all amenities and how to properly use them. Please respect the home, it is very old and he worked very hard on it. We will be booking this home every time we visit Mt. Fuji in the future!

It was a very good place to BBQ while looking at Mt. Fuji on the veranda✨ The interior was clean, and we enjoyed the extraordinary experience with the hammock, spacious living room, and veranda sofa. I'd like to stay again.🎵

We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. This Airbnb is a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Japanese charm. The private onsen was incredibly cozy and spacious, and the Hinoki wood accents throughout the house added a touch of elegance. We loved running each day at the beach, along the coast to another town, or up the river into the mountains, and simply relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Better get here first before we tell our friends about it for the same weekend!

It was a perfect property in every way. Clean mansion and hospitality. Easy check-in, welcome snacks, and water were provided, and I felt the hospitality and warmth of the owner. In the kids' space in the garage, the kids I was playing the way I liked. The children relaxed as they liked with the Nintendo Switch, projector, and indoor kids' space, and the adults were in the dining room, watching the children and preparing meals, and it was also a relaxing space. We have all the dishes and cutlery you need.The seasonings in the refrigerator were very helpful. Thanks to the large number of rooms, it was also nice to be able to sleep separately as a family. All rooms were clean and tidy, and I felt the high quality of the cleaning. The rooftop open-air bath has a full starry sky if you turn off the lights. The owner, Taka, communicates very well, and the convenience store is about a 10-minute walk, and the washer and dryer are very welcome for families with children.My son, who loves trains, was happy every time the Izukyu train passed. Once you get used to it, you won't notice the sound of the train tracks. I was able to get enough sleep at night. I enjoyed a very relaxing space away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I would love to use it again. I’d like to share my understanding of the outcome. It's all about it. It's worth more than the price. I'm really glad I chose this place. The owner's honesty felt in every detail.

Great place to stay. Unfortunately, the BBQ was canceled due to rain, but there was no cancellation fee, and instead, they lent us a hot plate for 1,000 yen. You can enter the hot springs at any time, and there are multiple toilets and sinks, making it ideal for group travel. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with, and we had plenty of fun indoors.

The grounds were very spacious, and it was very good that there were many playground equipment for small children to play on. I also met wild deer! The room was very clean, spacious, and had a very open feel. Unfortunately it was raining on the first day, but I was able to enjoy myself in the room, and the next day it was sunny so I was able to play outside to my heart's content. There are also plenty of bedrooms for large groups, so I'd love to use it again if I get the chance.

This place was awesome! Super clean, super cozy, and had everything we needed. But the real star of the show was the bathhouse — absolutely amazing. It felt like having our own little spa right outside the house. We spent every evening soaking and relaxing, and it seriously made the whole trip feel extra special. It was peaceful, private, and just really well done. The host was great too — friendly, quick to respond, and gave clear instructions for everything. If you're looking for a chill, comfortable spot with a little extra something, this is it. Would totally stay here again!

Beautiful house, very quaint and lovely garden, with wonderful amenities, located in a quiet and charming town. We were a group of 8 girls. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with good quality utensils, electric kettle, etc. And small things like having tissue boxes in the bathrooms, providing Aesop toiletries. And the futons were very thick and good quality! Definitely recommended for bigger groups!

The villa was located in an extremely convenient location, just a corner round Gora station and perfect for a group of travellers to stay in! The space was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed. Communication was smooth as is check-in via the code. Would highly recommend!

We had a relaxing stay in a very beautiful inn. I had a small child, and the host was very welcoming, watching over my child while I carried the luggage, and suggesting a bed making area that was suitable for children.Thank you very much.I didn't use it this time, but you can also BBQ on the terrace, so I'd like to stay again when it gets warmer!

The building and interior were very clean and the hospitality was outstanding. I think many people visit by car, but the entrance is easy to see from the road, and there is plenty of parking space. The host responds quickly and politely to questions and messages.Japanese people can feel at ease. There is a private house next door, right next to the premises, and it can also be seen from the wooden deck, so you need to be a little careful when chatting during BBQ. You may also be a little concerned about the sound of cars and trucks passing through the road next door. Overall very happy with the experience.

Well-equipped, quiet surroundings, lots of deer in the forest, great views of Mt. Fuji.

This place is amazing, especially after a few days in bustling Tokyo. It felt a little too secluded at first, until we could figure out taxi service. We spent a lot of time in the onset, which was magical, only went out once to the open air museum/to pick up food. We were away a little too long: it’s a great place to rest and read and chill. Good to take a break from eating out as much as well. It could be cleaner in spots but the deck, the hot springs and views are worth it.

I was able to enjoy BBQ and sauna to my heart's content in the great outdoors.

If you only prepare ingredients, there are seasonings and sauces. There were few ingredients at the nearby supermarket, so I thought it would be good to prepare it in advance. All of the meat from the butcher you mentioned was delicious.

The sauna, water bath, and natural hot spring were all pleasant to use!The description of the facility was also easy to understand, and we had a comfortable stay.
