The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €100.00 FINAL CLEANING will be charged and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (Children up to the age of 15 are free) is to be paid in cash directly on site. Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen seperaten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.

My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic vacation home. Our stay has fulfilled all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and peace seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

We felt like at home. Margit is easily accessible and very helpful. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Restaurants are close by such as bakery and grocery stores. Entlag Ziller can be walked and find pastry shops, including trout restaurants.
