Modern 35 m2 studio in a residential neighborhood. It is located in a separate house on our private property. It has a huge garden, a private patio with a BBQ. It is very well equipped to make everyone feel at home away from home. Reykjavik centrum is 10 km away. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery. Museum and galleries near by also. The apartment is on a fifth floor and in the building are 38 apartments with all kinds of neighbors so this is not a party house. I meet my guests to let them have the key.
