In zwei Minuten erreichen sie die Bushaltestelle. Wir haben auch ein paar Schafe und vier Kälber die im Frühjahr und im Herbst auf den Wiesen grasen. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

Das dazugehörige, ebenerdig erreichbare Kellerabteil steht zur freien Verfügung und kann z.B. zum verstauen von Rädern/Skiern usw. oder zum laden von E-Bikes genutzt werden. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
