In de voorkamer is de garagedeur vervangen door een grote glazen pui. Hier bevindt zich een barretje en de pantry v.v. vaatwasser en koelkast. In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

This quiet and cozy accommodation is centrally located and tastefully decorated. Near the highway and within walking distance of the old center of Leidschendam. Also close to The Mall of the Netherlands. The ideal place for the real cycling or racing fanatic. Beautiful cycling routes can be started at a stone's throw. You can relax and have a drink on the terrace of Café 't Afzakkertje next to the accommodation. Pets are allowed in the Suite after consultation. Please indicate this.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA / Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.

Maison la Franchimon is a summer house in the center of Katwijk with all modern facilities for a wonderful beach holiday. The house is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house has a living area (TV, Wi-Fi) with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven and fridge, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower and two double bedrooms.
