Ligging tegen de historische binnenstad in de leukste wijk van Utrecht. In het souterrain zijn 2 volledig ingerichte appartementen uit 1864 gerenoveerd met een en-suite badkamer en keuken. Geven een intiem en luxe gevoel. Zo zijn de ruimtes ingericht met 2-persoonsbedden, moderne badkamers, en design meubels. Zelf koken; beide appartementen hebben een kleine keuken. Vele restaurants (ook voor ontbijt), bakker en supermarkten, de binnenstad, met de Dom, terrasjes en winkels, liggen om de hoek.

This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.
