Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (approx. 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (approx. 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (approx. 35 minutes, car) in the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Our Tiny Studio (16m2) with private entrance, is located near Central Station (200 meters) in the city center of Rotterdam. A 5 minute walk will take you directly into the heart of Rotterdam center. The Central Distict has a lot to offer. Nice restaurants and shops, musea and galleries. A perfect stay to explore the city of Rotterdam or Amsterdam by train! If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay!

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

You can park for free in the street and is within 1 minute walking distance of the supermarket Lidl where you can get delicious sandwiches/groceries. The center of Pijnacker is a 15-minute walk away. Here is the metro Line E, to The Hague, Rotterdam and the bus to Delft, Zoetermeer.

The chalet is located in the backyard of an existing premise with private entrance. 10 min walk from the railway-station, the center or TU. It is equipped with a complete kitchen (refrigerator, gas cooking stove, oven, microwave), bathroom (toilet, shower) and central heating. A covered terrace and garden. Small supermarket at 200 meters. Free car parking 15 minutes walk distance. A great place to stay for work or pleasure!

Stay in our former coach house

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike

Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.

Bed & Bike The Gardenhouse - Rotterdam

In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.
