Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Our historical house, whose garden is surrounded by historical walls, has been modernized, is 100 meters from the port, caravanserai and beach. There is also a wonderful swimming pool with sea view belonging to the building. 1.5 km to Bus Station 2.1 km to Güvercinada 2.4 km to Kusadasi Port 3.5 km to Setur Marina 20 km to Ephesus and the Virgin Mary Church Our flat is in a new building with a total of three floors, the ground, first and second floors. The apartment is located on the first floor.
