It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

It is a studio apartment consisting of 1 room + small kitchen and bathroom. The location, the beach and the peaceful beauty of the environment made us very happy. Chris provided clear explanations. If you rent a car on the island, there's a parking lot where you can almost drive up to the apartment. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and it was the beginning of the season, the beach was very beautiful and the environment was calm. However, if we were going for a longer stay, we would prefer another apartment with a sofa. The bathroom can cause a little dampness inside, it's not very uncomfortable, but frequent ventilation is preferable. Kitchen utensils seem to be dusty because they are by the window and exposed.

It is much more comfortable than the photos and Stella thought even smallest details. If I come again, I would definetely want to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Mine's place. They were attentive and quick to help with issues. The place is brand new and we loved having our breakfasts on the spacious balcony overlooking the magnificent sea. The location is excellent; it's possible to walk everywhere. The bus to reach the other beaches is right across the street. With Kusadasi as our base, we were able to visit Ephesus, Selçuk and Sirinçe. Thumbs up!

Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

Our stay was really pleasant and smooth. The house was tidy and clean in every way. There was privacy. Also Mr. Vedat was very helpful with everything and answered our questions very quickly. There were treats reserved for us in the closet. There was nothing missing in the house. Regarding the checkout, he said that the house was available, we could leave later, we left again on time. We were absolutely in awe of this amazing place right on the water from the moment we arrived. We loved it so much that we ditched our plans to head to the harbour and instead stayed close, walking down to the sea to watch the sunset — absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was even better than pictured: spacious, airy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view of the water and sunset (with cats that visited the patio). Erdem went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed so we could simply stay put and enjoy the views. Highly recommend! One note: the apartment is in a gated community, so you'll need to either drive or take a longer walk to reach the busier tourist areas. But honestly, you may not even want to leave — just bring some food with you, make your own meals in the kitchen and soak in the stunning surroundings!

Paradise apartment is in a fantastic place, stunning views and quiet location while the coziness of Kokkari is at your fingertips. The apartment is fine, nice little kitchen and good A/C's. The bathroom is on the small side, but we also shower especially outside at the pool. By the way, it is a very good swimming pool, sufficiently large and also deep. If you walk down to the apartment, you will get to a kind of private (pebble)beach, very ydillisch within 7 minutes. There are no chairs so you can't lie there. Mania is a great hostess who has good tips for beaches, getaways and restaurants. We even got a souvenir from her.

First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

If you love the sea, this is the place to be! Stayed with another couple and we all agreed Martha’s place is magical and fell in love with Kokarri. The location on the beach and in walking distance to everything you could possibly need is perfect. We had some difficulties finding the Airbnb (our fault) and then proceeded to blow a fuse, again our fault, but Martha and her team were extremely helpful and quick to resolve our issues. 1000% recommend. We are plotting our return.

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. It was a location near Pythagoreio. The sea was very nice. It was very nice that the front of the place we stayed was the sea, we had our own umbrellas and sun loungers, the calmness and the lack of crowds. There were enough tools and supplies in the kitchen. There was a big fridge. No main ingredients like salt, oil, you have to buy groceries. Natasa, who took care of the cleaning, was very helpful with everything. Katerina was very responsive to our questions and quickly made up for a small mishap. The washing machine is not in every room, a common machine is placed inside a closet at the entrance. No detergent. If you want to use it, you should buy detergent. I would prefer to stay in the same place again when we come to Samos. It felt like home. Everything was beautiful. Definitely recommend

I had a wonderful time at this home in Kuşadası! The apartment is located directly on the harbor – when you look out the window, you can immediately see the sea, which is only a minute's walk away. Also, restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would especially like to highlight the hosts: They were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kusadasi! Evangelia's vacation home is a gem, decorated with great taste in the typical Greek colors. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is neat and you sleep in freshly washed sheets. From the terrace you have a beautiful view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea in the background. Go down the stairs and enjoy swimming in the sea. A shop across the street. Just a little too far to walk to the town but easily accessible by car (5min), plenty of parking. Another plus is the private parking space. Due to the stairs on the terrace, it is less suitable for small children. Evangelia is very welcoming and provides a treat. We will definitely come back!

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!
