The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. The apartment is spacious with good facilities. I highly recommend this apartment. Barbara and Graham, Scotland.

A nice flat .Accommodation was as advertised, AC, Dishwasher and washing machine, etc. Walkable to town centre.

The apartment has an amazing sea view and large balcony off the living room. The sea view is unobstructed with views of the harbour to the left and the marina to the right. There are also balconies off the two bedrooms which means you always have the option of sun or shade. Despite being on the main road the apartment was really quiet. The shower was really powerful and the apartment was very clean. Mine was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. She offered to change the towels and bed linen as frequently as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it.

I had a wonderful time at this home in Kuşadası! The apartment is located directly on the harbor – when you look out the window, you can immediately see the sea, which is only a minute's walk away. Also, restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would especially like to highlight the hosts: They were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kusadasi! In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

We have been a guest of Mr. Ahmet in this facility for 3 years. We love Bozbükü and the site. The house was right in a location we wanted, close to the sea. The cleanliness was better than the previous years. The music on the beach can be too much. The view and pools are very nice. Very close to the market adonis36. The family atmosphere in general. Hope to see you next year...

Mr. Emre was a great host. She responded to my questions instantly and took care of it. The house was new , immaculately clean, and all the items were zero. The location of the house is within walking distance to the beach and there is a ŞOK market downstairs where you can shop. In short, everything was 5 stars , thank you.

It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay in nature. The house had a garden, was detached and very clean. It was a big plus to have the opportunity to barbecue in the garden, we enjoyed it very much. It is an ideal place for those who want to be in silence and in touch with nature. The host was also very interested and communicated very well. Thanks to Mr. Sinan for everything, we would definitely like to come back.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

The house was very nice, we loved the immaculate host. The location is close to nice grocery stores. If I were to come again, this would be my first choice.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for everyday needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The sea beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 05/26/2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

We were absolutely in awe of this amazing place right on the water from the moment we arrived. We loved it so much that we ditched our plans to head to the harbour and instead stayed close, walking down to the sea to watch the sunset — absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was even better than pictured: spacious, airy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view of the water and sunset (with cats that visited the patio). Erdem went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed so we could simply stay put and enjoy the views. Highly recommend! One note: the apartment is in a gated community, so you'll need to either drive or take a longer walk to reach the busier tourist areas. But honestly, you may not even want to leave — just bring some food with you, make your own meals in the kitchen and soak in the stunning surroundings!

Little noise at night but nice appartment with good price/quality

They were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. They helped me with everything. We provided very easy access to the beach, the grocery store and places where we could eat. Thank you so much for everything.

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

It was a very nice place you stay. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is there was a bad smell which I think because of moisture. In general the place is very good.

We really enjoyed our visit. The host was quick to answer questions. It was very easy to get to the different places we wanted to visit from there. And the apartment itself was great!

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.
