My "7SEAS Apartment" is a superbly styled 30 sqm studio in a very central but quiet location in Bad Oeynhausen. At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. The apartment is completely renovated and refurbished, which means ceilings, floor, doors, walls all new. The bathroom is partially renovated. The toilet and sink are new, and the PVC is new.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

The modern furnished apartment is barrier-free and offers everything that makes your stay easier. It is located close to nature. The kitchen and living room are combined. The equipment with, among other things, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher gives you many options to take care of yourself. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a loft bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, bakery, bus stop (Gütersloh main station, 13 minutes), a pizzeria and a snack bar. The city park and botanical garden can be reached by foot.
