Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

Cozy 3-room apartment in a central location of Gütersloh. The apartment is about 60 m², consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.40 m wide bed, the other with a single bed, kitchen, bathroom. Shopping, city park, Bus connection, water park, gym within 3-10 minutes' walk. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes. The companies Bertelsmann and Miele are close by. Smoking is only allowed in the covered outdoor area, see photo.

On the northern outskirts of the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück you will find our apartment, idyllically located between fields on a quiet farm complex with large old trees - our 32 oaks! The apartment, 45 square meters, is a gallery apartment with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. Up in the gallery is a 1.80 m double bed. The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

Our 40 sqm apartment is centrally located in the Brackwede district of Bielefeld. The apartment is located in a detached house with its own entrance. Free parking is available on the street. The S-Bahn and bus stop are a 3-minute walk away. The tram takes 15 minutes to Bielefeld City. Good access to the A2 and A33. Within only a few minutes walking distance you can enjoy the Teutoburg Forest. Café, kiosk and shopping are nearby.

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Are you in Gütersloh for business or are you just visiting privately? The apartment is definitely ideal for this. It is fully furnished and is located on a quiet side street near downtown Gütersloh. The apartment is 39 square meters, is on the second floor and belongs to a six-family house with very quiet tenants. Built in 1984, the house is well maintained. The apartment is also ideal for longer stays in Gütersloh.

The open-plan living space invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals. Explore the immediate surroundings peppered with restaurants, cafes and shops. Public transportation is also easily accessible to explore the city.

The nest in the south of Bielefeld

The lovingly laid out property is located in the attic of a two-family house and is rural. The entire attic is used exclusively by our guests. Shopping by car in 5-10 minutes, public transport is a 5-15 minute walk. By car, it's 10 to 15 minutes to the city of Bielefeld. There is no charge for final cleaning. Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. Thank you.

Bright cozy apartment with sunny loggia

Bright, open, cozy apartment with large sunny loggia to relax in a quiet location. (Smoking is allowed on the loggia.) The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, bakery, bus stop (Gütersloh main station, 13 minutes), a pizzeria and a snack bar. The city park and botanical garden can be reached by foot.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
