Design im Bi-Westen - 2 Zimmer Apartment

Der Bielefelder Westen ist der ideale Standort, um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. In fußläufiger Entfernung ist vieles zu erreichen: Die Kunsthalle, Oetkerhalle, der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt. Auch die Uni befindet sich in der Nähe. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Externsteinen oder dem Hermanns-Denkmal. Wanderer können direkt von hier den Hermansweg zu Fuß erreichen. Wir geben gern viele Tipps, Tolle Weinlokale, kleine Cafés und Bistros befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Cozy 3-room apartment in a central location of Gütersloh. The apartment is about 60 m², consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.40 m wide bed, the other with a single bed, kitchen, bathroom. Shopping, city park, Bus connection, water park, gym within 3-10 minutes' walk. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes. The companies Bertelsmann and Miele are close by. Smoking is only allowed in the covered outdoor area, see photo.

Unsere schöne, helle Ferienwohnung liegt inmitten von Wiesen und Feldern in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Umgeben von vielen Tieren und Natur kann man hier den Alltag vergessen. Der große Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Doch auch in nächster Umgebung lassen sich tolle Ausflugsziele finden. Aufgrund der guten Verkehrsanbindung ist diese Wohnung auch besonders geeignet für Messebesucher, Geschäftsleute, Monteure oder auch für Motorradfahrer auf grosser Tour.

In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

Rheda-Wiedenbrück At home under 32 oaks

On the northern outskirts of the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück you will find our apartment, idyllically located between fields on a quiet farm complex with large old trees - our 32 oaks! The apartment, 45 square meters, is a gallery apartment with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. Up in the gallery is a 1.80 m double bed. The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Small attic apartment

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

The nest in the south of Bielefeld

The lovingly laid out property is located in the attic of a two-family house and is rural. The entire attic is used exclusively by our guests. Shopping by car in 5-10 minutes, public transport is a 5-15 minute walk. By car, it's 10 to 15 minutes to the city of Bielefeld. There is no charge for final cleaning. Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. Thank you.

Bright cozy apartment with sunny loggia

Bright, open, cozy apartment with large sunny loggia to relax in a quiet location. (Smoking is allowed on the loggia.) The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, bakery, bus stop (Gütersloh main station, 13 minutes), a pizzeria and a snack bar. The city park and botanical garden can be reached by foot.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
