The place is very comfy and very nice between beautiful forest and beach. Hosts are very friendly and awesome people. ♥️ 10/10 recommended! I’d definitely stay here again, we had wonderful stay ♥️

Very quiet and cozy, from the bedrooms you can see the sea and you can hear the sound of the sea surf! A large green courtyard, there is a grill and a summer shower.. The house has a fireplace, a lot of sleeping places, a washing machine, a cozy veranda.. There is a store and restaurants nearby.. The hostess is responsive and friendly! This house has only one disadvantage: there is no air conditioning!!!

Very satisfied with the house and relaxation. The house is in a village where it is not very convenient to get there without a car. However, the host helped us get there and check in. Always been in touch. All went well. The house is spacious (6 people lived), clean, there is everything you need. Great, quiet place in a pine forest, literally a 2-min walk to the beach. Everyone really enjoyed it. We recommend it:)

The house is very clean and beautiful in an excellent location close to restaurants, shopping and a beautiful amusement park. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Large bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room with fireplace. It is worth special mentioning 2 extra large bathrooms, one of them with a jacuzzi. Our large family stayed very comfortably in this house. The host was always in touch and was very polite, answered quickly and helped with all questions. I highly recommend to choose this beautiful house for holiday or vacation in Georgia!

You read reviews and think, "Book it or not?" Don't waste your time!) Book urgently. This is a mind-blowing place. The house is gorgeous. It has everything you need. There are a few things in the kitchen that I don't have at home( The hostess of the house is an incredibly helpful and kind person. Who reads up to 9 sentences in the review? Are you? We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The house was spotless, had five air-conditioned bedrooms, and a great outside BBQ area. The beach was a short walk away. Our host was kind and quick to reply. Can't wait to go back!

There is very good space indoors. Great old stylish furniture. A nice terrace with garden furniture with access from the kitchen. There is also a small balcony facing the garden where you can hang laundry. WC number two is good to have. In the kitchen there is a lot of space, new stove, new electric kettle, new fridge with freezer, table and chairs to eat at.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

I want to thank Anna, Tengiz, Ira, Guia for her responsiveness, hospitality and hospitality! We had a wonderful 10 days in the house with everything you need for your stay. The house is located in a wonderful and very picturesque and quiet place: away from the track, noisy cafes and restaurants, on the shore of the cleanest mountain river. The view from the balcony (which surrounds the apartment from all sides) is an additional bonus! It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, for someone it may not be very convenient. But not a problem for us as we do not like to sit in the same place and prefer to drive to different places and explore the coast. We'd love to come back again!

Great place to stay for a long term stay. Has everything you need in everyday life . good kitchen. Convenient location relative to the beach , shops and city infrastructure. i really liked everything. I recommend it

We stayed in the guest house for one month, everything was fine, the description matches the reality, peaceful place, the beach is so close only 2 min on foot. There are not so many supermarkets nearby but it’s easy to catch the bus or a taxi to the bigger town Poti😊

George was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and questions. The house is just steps always from the shore. We really liked its quite location between trees and an opportunity to wake up listening the see waives. The house is well equipped and clean. The beach with magnetic sand is a really an attraction. George proactively provided us all local contacts including a caregiver, cleaning and other services.

rested in the summer of 2023 . consisting of 7 people . the place is very quiet , cozy. Such a vacation is suitable for families who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle , almost alone with nature. The house is large, very clean . The hostess is very friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, we had a pleasant surprise : the presence of wine in the homemade fridge. And when leaving Leila (the hostess) kindly brought us and fed us in front of the expensive delicious khachapuri. I recommend everyone to choose this accommodation.

We loved staying with our extended family in Gvantsa's place. It was peaceful and private, in the middle of Grigoleti, opening right into the sand beach. House filled with air from the sea offered precise amount of natural noise to isolate us from the busy life around, and allowed everyone to relax. We enjoyed barbecue in the garden under the pine trees, wine on the terrace with the evening breeze, nights filled with moonlight after fantastic August sunsets. Thanks to our hostess, we didn't have any issue finding the place or getting around, everything was clear through communication, from access instructions to local goods/groceries/car rental recommendations. Gvantsa was on top of everything, remotely but 24/7: once we could not shut off the gas stove, but she responded immediately and the technician came in within 15 minutes of our report. An added bonus: a local guy drives by every morning to offer fresh fruit and veggies from his van. We were even waived goodbye by a dolphin :)
