The place is in the owners garden. But you didn't feel disturbed! The host was very accommodating and took care of the concerns directly. The place was very clean and is designed for 4 people. I have to give a minus point for the shower. After showering, the whole bathroom is wet and you have to mop it as the shower is not separated. Also, there was either only hot or cold water. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

House at the beach, near black sea.

VladimirRating, 5 stars22 months ago
We’ve had an incredible time at Giorgi’s house. Comfortable little terrace with a breeze from the sea, barbecue zone, parking space under the house in the shade, walkable long shore is all yours. Giorgi is very friendly and talkative. You might be lucky to hear a cool story from him. It’s an extra bonus!

Cottages Babila 1

LevRating, 5 stars23 months ago
In the apartment (the second on the left of 4) there were two air conditioners ( in one bedroom and living room), which was important in July and everything you need for your stay. Two bedrooms, you can check in as much as six, but it will be a little cramped then in the living room. Our bedroom had relatively good mattresses, springy, but there was still a simple mattress on top, so we slept fine, no problem. BBQ, table, and hammock in the back yard. Marie was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests and concerns. Thank you

Stayed for 10 days in July 2023. We were very late on the day of check-in, but the hosts were still well greeted. Your own yard where you can safely put your car and are not afraid for it. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. There is a powerful air conditioner. There is a TV, there is Wi-Fi internet. In principle, everything corresponds to its description, except for a few points, I will not personally reduce the assessment for them, but I hope that the host will take into account these shortcomings and be able to correct them in the future. Quiet place, to normal shops and cafes you will need to go to Poti for 6-15 minutes. There are only 2 cafes for three nearby, but as a snack is fine. It's 6 minutes to drive to Ureka. To Sarpi 1.30-1.40. To Batumi 1.10-1.20. Kobuleti is 40-50 minutes away. Poti is 15-20 minutes away. To Zugdidi 1.10-1.20. There are 2 big dogs on the plot and 1 small. They are not afraid of them, once they will become your best friends once they will be your best friends) In general, a worthy option for a family vacation.
A two-story house is presented with a light exterior under clear blue skies. The front is framed by a black wrought-iron gate and a low stone wall, and a shaded balcony offers outdoor seating. Large windows allow natural light to fill the interior.

Guest House Agmashenebeli 40

LarisaRating, 5 stars83 months ago
Six, we had a rest of 3 adults and 3 children. The house is very spacious, there was plenty of space for everybody. There are two bedrooms designed for three each, a large living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a dining room. A great advantage is the terrace, covered canopy and vineyard. Children could be outdoors all day, it is very large, with a swing, played ball there and rolled scooters)). What is important for children has a fence and a lockable gate. The hosts Mindia and Irina are very pleasant people in communication, friendly, always in touch, ready to help, met with delicious dishes of Georgian cuisine, special thanks for their hospitality! In general, the impressions are the most pleasant.
