Beautiful cottage on the beach.

Very quiet and cozy, from the bedrooms you can see the sea and you can hear the sound of the sea surf! A large green courtyard, there is a grill and a summer shower.. The house has a fireplace, a lot of sleeping places, a washing machine, a cozy veranda.. There is a store and restaurants nearby.. The hostess is responsive and friendly! This house has only one disadvantage: there is no air conditioning!!!

The hotel is just beautiful! The beach is 5 seconds away! The hotel is new, the territory is very well-groomed and cozy! The number is 10 on a 5-point!))The room was chosen with garden and mountain views. There are rooms with a wonderful sea view. There is parking for your car. The host welcomed us like family. It's a shame we only stopped for one night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend to everyone for a great vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Anna's. The house is in a beautiful village, not far from Kintrishi Nature Reserve and you can see a stunning sunset from the house. It is a very spacious house with huge outdoor areas. Very Highly recommended for anyone who is traveling by car and wants to stay near amazing nature, outside the city noise but still within a short driving distance to great beaches like Tsikhisdziri beaches

Awesome 2 bedroom cottage with everything you need for a sort or long visit. The area is beautiful and the river is close by to take a refreshing swim. Could not get kinder hosts who checked us in and provided recommendations. Highly recommend if you want to get into the countryside.

I want to thank Anna, Tengiz, Ira, Guia for her responsiveness, hospitality and hospitality! We had a wonderful 10 days in the house with everything you need for your stay. The house is located in a wonderful and very picturesque and quiet place: away from the track, noisy cafes and restaurants, on the shore of the cleanest mountain river. The view from the balcony (which surrounds the apartment from all sides) is an additional bonus! It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, for someone it may not be very convenient. But not a problem for us as we do not like to sit in the same place and prefer to drive to different places and explore the coast. We'd love to come back again!

Good place

Edisher and his wife made our stay as comfortable as possible. They were very helpful and accommodating. They live in the same compound so if we had any needs or concerns, we just went downstairs and asked.

Very friendly hostess, baked a delicious cake for us and tried to be helpful all the time. Overall, staying here was comfortable. There was a periodic problem with hot water. And in general, it was not obvious from the photos that the shower was just a spray connected to the sink (an option like in Thailand). The beach is close, unfortunately quite littered. But the whole situation during the walks by the sea was improved by the absolutely wonderful dogs of the hosts, with whom it is impossible not to make friends 🙂

We went with friends and a dog to relax to visit Rusudan. We absolutely loved the cabin, it was exactly as pictured. It was very quiet and fresh, much cooler and windier on the mountain than in a stuffy city. The house has comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Insanely clean. The pillows are comfortable. The hostess is always available, you could ask her for anything. ❤️🤌🏽

Merab is a great host, friendly, helpful, and responsive. It is a nice and cozy house that is completely consistent with the photos and description. There is a BBQ zone and a nice green area around the house. The location is good enough; the beach is in a 5-minute walk. And the beach was pretty clean and uncrowded. If you are a light sleeper, keep in mind a railway track and a road nearby. It can be noisy sometimes. But you can always sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioning on.
