We have really enjoyed our weekend at the sea at this beautiful place. You hear and see the sea right from your bed, and overlook a beautiful inner yard, full of lush greenery. Once you leave the gate you are already at the beach. The apartment has simple arrangements, but you have everything you need, everything is new and comfortable to use. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised that unlike to other places at Georgian shore, here there were really few people, and so you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. Really recommended! So peaceful and relaxing 💛

Amazing small house in midst of pine wood in just few meters from the perfect black sand beach. The house itself is a bit small and may seems old-fashioned, but it has all one need for peaceful rest. Highly recommended.

The place was really nice. The outdore sitting area was perfect for chilling. The beach was in 5 minuts walking way, clean and nice sand. The hosts were so kind, responcive, was always ready to help. The overall experiance was perfect

Lovely house. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Very responsive, calm and easy hostess, helped with everything and prepared a lot of firewood for us, as we asked. Therefore, at the large, warm fireplace, we sat every evening for a few hours in cool comfortable armchairs and lay on the carpet. In general, everything is very thoughtful in the house, there are tables, chairs everywhere, you can comfortably settle in any place. There is fresh air and quiet around. The sea is just a few steps away through the beautiful spans - a real buzz. I didn't want to leave so much that we seriously thought about burning passports))

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

Stayed for a few days with the dog. The house exceeded all expectations, even better in life than in the photos! Lovely veranda, wonderful garden🙌🏽 Around is very quiet. There is a grocery store nearby. The hostess is very helpful and friendly. I'll 100% recommend this home

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

Hosts are nice and nice people They have a beautiful cat and a dog (the dog does not bother, she just sometimes comes to look at you ) Nearby there are two umbrellas (Mushroom) with tables where you can safely spend time in company ( up to 8 people with full comfort ) It's not so long to walk to the sea ( about 5 minutes ) There are a couple of nice places along the way that we had dinner at The bungalow has a lot of sleeping places - 6 people could fit there ( even 7 ) But for the full convenience of everyone - 4 people Shower + toilet is clean and working properly ( constant access to hot water ) The hosts were a pleasure to talk to We will come back as soon as possible

These place (shekvetili; kaprovani) are the best place on the Black Sea shore. And Lukas apartment is in the best location in kaprovani. Luka is very nice guy, who try, to make your vacation best. Thank to him! I will come back in the next time!

With Nino’s approach the check-in experience was just lovely. Nino waited for us, welcomed us, gave useful instructions. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, perfectly located within 5 mins away from the sea. Totally recommend Nino’s guest house.

Apartments with large balcony and magnificent seaview where you can admire the sunsets. Equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay. Host were helping with all rised questions immediately. Leaving apartments you find yourself on the Kobuleti promenade along which you can leisurely walk for hours. The beach is just 50m meters away. Nearby are many nice restaurants and shops.

Clean, quiet house not far from the sea

I stayed with Thea and her family for twenty days with my sister and two children. We were met at the station, drove home, showed us everything, took us to the store for groceries. The cabin is quite simple, two rooms, kitchen-dining room and bathroom. And also a bungalow gazebo, which is nice to sit in in any weather. A cottage such a holiday as a child. Really nice place - quiet, smells like pine trees, the sound of the sea is heard from the window when it is worried. There are cows around. The children loved it - they met their peers, ran with them, played soccer. What's nice, it's perfectly safe, because everyone knows each other, there are few cars, and for safety, Thomas, the head of the family, laid out ship ropes on a primer (like reclining police). We really appreciated this care, we were completely calm. Entertainment is the easiest - walks in pines, swimming and sunbathing on the beach with healing magnetic sand. Silence and tranquility. We went on excursions with my son Thomas to the canyons and caves. Very nice trips. Timur is a very tactful person and a safe driver, he is allowed to talk and be quiet. Iso, Thomas' wife, runs a family store - you can buy homemade matzoni, suluguni, eggs, bread, honey... Everything is very tasty! We immediately received answers to all our questions, with any difficulties Thomas came and helped instantly. Very kind, responsive people, during these twenty days they became our family. We hope to see you again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything it has to offer. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

We reached earlier than expected and checked in 4 hours earlier. It was easy to find. The location was good and 5 minutes walk to the sea shore, surrounded by markets for daily grocery needs. Kristina was responsive, we felt at home.

the apartment fully corresponds to the description. being in the central square. this is good and bad. The good thing is that everything is literally nearby: beach, supermarket, cafe a lot, market. The bad thing is that this is a center and therefore it can be noisy: cars, restaurants and dogs. But if you close the doors, there are not so noisy dogs. There are a lot of dogs, they themselves are kind, but in the morning they are constantly barking🤣. Ilia (the host) was constantly on the touch, greeted, posted everything, told me everything and showed me where and what you can buy/see/walk. The beach with large stones and sand, so bring shale for the beach. There may be long rains (this is the black sea, not the Mediterranean), you need to be ready for this. The apartment is clean. Everything is there for unassuming guests. The staircase to the last floor is steep, you need to keep in mind to old people and people from the nod. in general, only the best impressions of the apartment and the hosts left only the best impressions. We had an amazing stay at Anna's. The house is in a beautiful village, not far from Kintrishi Nature Reserve and you can see a stunning sunset from the house. It is a very spacious house with huge outdoor areas. Very Highly recommended for anyone who is traveling by car and wants to stay near amazing nature, outside the city noise but still within a short driving distance to great beaches like Tsikhisdziri beaches
