The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Steps from the dock, our cottage is on a large wooded property, built in the late 1800s and renovated over time. 3 bedrooms (3 queens, 1 twin) + 4th room with washer/dryer has twin bed, 2 full baths, great room w/ smart TV (awesome view of lake), equipped kitchen. Ceiling/portable fans, gas grill. Near trails, dining, groceries, restaurants.

Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. There are many stairs! Well water.
